Huafeng is outfitted with diverse film blowing machines, including film blowing machines and a cast stretch film co-extrusion line. They could help to process polyethylene particles to different dimensions and to manufacture plastic films of different thickness.
Rotogravure printing machines
There are five multi-color high-speed rotogravure printing machines (6-10 colors), allowing for colorful pattern printing on film rolls.
Lamination lines
Huafeng possesses various lamination lines, including four dry lamination lines, 3 solvent-free lamination lines and two extrusion coating machines. Packaging bags with different properties need to be processed in different machines.
Roll slitter
12 roll slitters of different width (1m-2.7m) with automatic tension control systems. Film rolls of different dimensions can all be cut to required dimensions.
Bag making machines
Huafeng possesses 28 bag making machines, which all feature different widths and different functions. They could help to make bags of different shapes by heat sealing processes, such as three-side seal plastic bags, four-side seal plastic bags, custom film seal paper bags, plastic stand up pouches, zipper storage bags, special shaped bags, flat poly bags and etc. These bags all possess attractive appearance, air-tightness, high strength, etc. Therefore, Huafeng’s bags are used in almost every area of packaging across many industries. Meanwhile, Huafeng also established stable and long-term cooperation with many major customers from China and internationally.
Five-layer co-extrusion plastic blown film line
Huafeng has introduced a five-layer co-extrusion plastic blown film line, allowing for co-extrusion film’s production in cleanroom of class 10,000. When manufacturing in the cleanroom, our five-layer co-extrusion films fully meet package validation requirements for medical and food products.
Five-layer or seven-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine
Five-layer and seven-layer co-extrusion film blowing machines in a class 10,000 cleanroom. They could help to process polyethylene particles to different dimensions and to manufacture plastic films of different thicknesses. Meanwhile, these machines also help to improve the barrier priority of plastic films.
These machines support an annual production of 10,000T plastic films of diverse thicknesses (40mils-300mils) and widths (max. width: 2600mm).
