Founded in 2003, Ningbo Huafeng Package Co. is a specialized manufacturer of co-extrusion film and flexible plastic package products. Huafeng also has the capabilities to combine co-extrusion film and flexible packaging to produce composite packaging products. Our plastic barrier films boast an oxygen transmission rate under 1%, providing outstanding preservation performance.
Our production facility covers an area of 40,000 square meters with a 6,800 square meter cleanroom. The factory is divided into a film blowing workshop, printing workshop, blending workshop, cutting workshop, and bag making workshop. All of our production process are carried out according to strict quality system requirements. The cleanroom meets GMP 100,000 class cleanliness standards. Huafeng's workshops enable a high annual production volume with over 20,000 tons of composite film and 10,000 tons of co-exclusive films. All of this is possible thanks to our 388 highly trained staff members.
Huafeng possesses 4 high-speed rotogravure printing lines and over 10 multi-layer co-extrusion film production lines, including global leading seven-layer film blowing lines (down-blowing), nine-layer cast stretch film co-extrusion lines, 6 lamination lines (including 2 solventless lamination lines), over forty multi-functional bag making machines (including 15 multi-functional zipper storage bag making machines, 5 zipper storage bag making machines). Moreover, Huafeng is the largest zipper (single-tooth zipper, double-teeth zipper) provider in China, delivering significant convenience for zipper storage bag manufacturing.
Huafeng has obtained 15 national innovation patents and 6 utility patents thanks to a professional R&D team equipped with top-notch technology in order to maximize the effectiveness of our packaging products. The detection instruments used in their labs are used to test oxygen transmission rates, moisture vapor transmission, electric tension, heat sealing properties, fabrication factor, gas chromatography, and other parameters. We also possess a specially designed microscope used for interlayer analysis for our films.
